The College Farm offers fresh, naturally grown, local produce to the 51¹ÙÍø community through the college's Dining Services operation, an on-campus farmers market, and a CSA program. The farm is a stand-alone, business-based unit of the college.

Good nutrition and regular meals are critical to health, wellbeing and growth as students study, work, play sports, and enjoy 51¹ÙÍø. Take advantage of individual and group counseling sessions or advice on healthy college eating, sports nutrition, disordered eating behaviors, grocery shopping, healthy cooking, eating around exam time, diabetes, and adjusting to an American diet.

Summit Coffee, a local favorite in downtown 51¹ÙÍø, expanded onto the 51¹ÙÍø campus with a coffee shop, restaurant, and pub. The Outpost includes a full commercial kitchen, outdoor patio seating, and floor to ceiling windows overlooking Patterson Court. Summit serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and late night snacks.
