Policy and Procedures for Sexual Misconduct
The revised Sexual Misconduct Policy is effective August 1, 2024.
Formal complaints filed during any period of injunction or for actions alleged to have occurred before August 1, 2024 will be resolved under procedures complying with the 2020 update to Title IX Regulations.
