Charlotte Observer: Technology Offers New Perspective on the Past
The Digitome 3-D imagine system being marketed by students and faculty in 51¹ÙÍø's physics department has many uses in various fields. Its most noteworthy to date, as covered in the Charlotte Observer's SciTech section, is helping provide a clear view of "booty" that went down off the North Carolina coast with Blackbeard's ship, The Queen Anne's Revenge, in 1718.
