51's comprehensive medical benefit options allows you to choose the coverage that best meets your needs and the needs of your family.

If you have health, vision, dental or a medical FSA, please note that no immediate action is needed. You will receive written information, mailed to your home address, about the option to continue your coverage under COBRA as your separation date draws closer. Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) allow you to pay for eligible health and dependent care expenses with pre-tax dollars, eliminating federal and state income taxes and FICA tax on these expenses. 51’s FSA program is administered Flores and Associates which offers both Health Care and Dependent Care Spending Accounts. Participants must re-enroll annually to continue the benefit. All benefit-eligible employees are eligible to participate
