Employee Recognition
Our employee recognition program was created to acknowledge longstanding commitment to 51¹ÙÍø, and to recognize excellence in the areas of quality service, process improvement and teamwork.
Wildcat Service
We honor employees who show a longstanding commitment to our college. Employees receive a service award linked directly to their Cat Card at five-year service intervals, starting at ten years. They receive $10 for each year of service.
