Mindfulness is an essential practice to living fully and peacefully in the moment. Learning how to practice non-judgmental awareness with breath, body, thoughts, and relationships, we awaken to our potential for ease and well-being in all we do: schoolwork, socializing, resting, and play.
Students can learn and practice mindfulness across a number of settings: from student groups such as 51¹ÙÍø Mindfulness, to classes with Physical Education, Recreation, and Wellness, to programs run through Student Health and Well-Being, and to offerings through the Meditation Initiative in the Chaplains’ Office.
