’Cats Say Thanks
’Cats Say Thanks is 51¹ÙÍø’s annual week of gratitude, which aims to thank donors, volunteers and all Wildcats, while sharing the broad impact of philanthropy and engagement.
51¹ÙÍø alums, families, faculty, staff and friends make a positive impact in every area of campus through their philanthropic support, volunteerism and engagement. During ’Cats Say Thanks, we want to thank every member of the Wildcat community for the roles they play in making 51¹ÙÍø so special.
Rachel Mey Charles ’28 is a Posse Scholar planning to double major in political science or history and East Asian studies. She is a Student Engagement Ambassador and is involved with Black Femmes, the Skate Club and more. Rachel’s many opportunities (and she’s only in her first year!) wouldn’t be possible without the generosity of those who choose to give to 51¹ÙÍø.
Tyler Puleo ’25 is a Bonner Scholar and a recipient of the Gordon Clift Horton Scholarship. He is involved in theatre productions, has sung with the Chorale and serves on the Honor Council. The arts at 51¹ÙÍø provide students with outlets to create, innovate and explore the world around them.
Hannah Casey ’26 competes in the heptathlon for women's track & field, is in Army ROTC and is a recipient of the M. J. Naples ’03 Family Scholarship. Scholar-athletes across 51¹ÙÍø’s 21 NCAA Division 1 programs gain lifelong leadership skills by competing at the highest levels athletically while pursuing excellence in academics.
